KG Newsletter Term 3, Week 2

We had a great first week back in KG1 and KG2 after the Eid holiday. The children were so excited to get back to school and see their friends. Lots of learning was done and new activities were ready for the children. 

KG1

In KG1 we had great fun playing outdoors. The weather is hot, so the children had fun playing with water, drawing with chalk, and riding bicycles. We have been learning all about seasons in science. This week we talked about winter. We explored the weather and the exciting things we can do during winter. In KG1 we are continuously practicing what we know. This week we got to make some fantastic pictures using colors and numbers.  

KG2 

In KG2 we have had so much fun. This week we are learning about the ‘ot’ family. We chose the correct ot word for the sentence and made a big ice cream cone using ‘ot ’ words. In science our theme is Pirates. We made paper boats to see if they would float or sink in the water. We also got to have great fun playing outside.
